Welcome to Oi Apps. By using our applications, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our apps.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms are accepted when you actually use our apps. You cannot accept these Terms if you are not lawfully entitled to use the Service or if you are not of legal age to form a binding agreement.

Use of Our Apps

Subscriptions and Billing

Our apps are available through the Apple App Store. Some features may require a paid subscription.

All billing is handled by Apple through your App Store account. We cannot issue refunds—Apple reserves this ability for themselves only. Please contact Apple Support for refund requests.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel them through your App Store account settings.

Content and Intellectual Property

All content in our apps—including text, graphics, logos, and software—is owned by Oi Apps and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create using our apps (such as learning progress or notes).

Service Availability

We strive to keep our apps available and functioning properly, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

• Modify or discontinue features without notice
• Perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability
• Update the apps to fix bugs or improve performance

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, anywhere, anytime, for any reason.

Updates and Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. New or modified terms become effective upon your use of a new feature or app version. Continued use of our apps after changes means you accept the new terms.

Disclaimers

Our apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We don't guarantee that:

• The apps will meet your specific requirements
• The apps will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Any defects will be corrected

Our apps are educational tools. We make no guarantees about learning outcomes or language proficiency improvements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oi Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our apps.

Termination

You can stop using our apps at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access to our apps immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in the United States.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Oi Apps regarding the use of our apps.
